Manuscript collation list of textual variants found between the American Review (February 1845) and the New-York Tribune (4 February 1845) printings of Poe's "The Raven." These printings of "The Raven" are Mabbott's text A and text E, respectively, according to his alphabetical chronological sequencing of the poem's printings. The list consists of variants that text A and E share in comparison with the text Mabbott chose as the authoritative printing from the Richmond Semi-Weekly Examiner (25 September 1849). Not all of the variants in the manuscript list were carried over to the published edition because Mabbott decided not to include changes in punctuation, capitalization, and spelling.
